We create a bespoke Wedding Olympics line-up for you, tailoring it to your personal story and requirements. By understanding your story as a couple, the kind of guests you’re inviting and the overall atmosphere you’re creating for your wedding, we can make sure the games are a winner.

 

We’ve designed a series of games and we pick, choose and adapt them based on the conversations we have with you before the big day. We brief our team on the vibe along with any special requests. For example, a bit more emphasis on getting the kids involved, a non-embarrassing way of including the olds on the sidelines, or some next-level mockery for a more boisterous crowd.

We can even provide an evening programme and DJ set for your wedding party if you’d like this part of proceedings covered as well. We DJ at festivals and parties, so talk to us about the style and atmosphere you’re looking for and we’ll see if it’s a good fit.

 

We’ll guide you in all aspects of the games, so no stress for you (whether you’re the bride, groom, wedding planner or any other member of Team Wedding).

 

We have several characters to bring hilarity to the proceedings with warm wit and revelry. Our two commentators will keep the energy up interviewing participants along the way and introducing each activity and handing over to our ref for the rules. The referee is a tickler for the rules – and very strict – which keeps proceedings fair and give us a villain to boo.

The glue that holds the whole operation together are our 10 cheer leader/ facilitators. They help prepare each activity and take care of the teams ensuring participants are prepped and ready with the right props to do each activity. The commentators act as intermediaries so that the spectators are given hilarious commentary on all the events and (it’s as much of a spectacle for those on the sides as it is for those taking part).

There’s also a DJ playing apt and hilarious tunes, and wedding-inspired comedy tracks to keep the vibe alive.
